How much does shipping cost in Italy?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Italy.

How long does domestic shipping take?
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible

International Shipping 
How much does international shipping cost?
We offer free international shipping on orders over €800. For orders below €800, a country-specific shipping fee will be applied at checkout (see list below).

How long does International shipping take?
We currently offer DHL Express for international orders which typically takes up to 4 business days. 

Customs Duties & Import Taxes?

For shipments to the United States, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price DDP. No additional charges should be required upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, 3CHIC SRLS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may be applied by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or not collected due to unpaid customs charges, any related costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding any applicable duties, taxes, or import regulations.
