Returns Policy

Send an email to customercare@osereeswimwear.com specifying the problem / refund you want to proceed with

•We gladly accept returns within 14 days of shipment with refund or store credit. Items must be unwashed, worn and with original tags.

• We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt, but we are happy to make a voucher for the value of the order valid for six months . Handling shipping for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Flash Sales & Black Friday Policy
Please note that all purchases made during Flash Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other promotional sale periods are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits for items purchased during these promotional events. No exceptions apply.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
