Returns Policy
Send an email to customercare@osereeswimwear.com specifying the problem / refund you want to proceed with.
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Any customs duties and import taxes related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure the parcel is correctly declared to avoid delays or additional charges.

•We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery with refund or store credit. Items must be unwashed, worn and with original tags.
• We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt, but we are happy to make a voucher for the value of the order valid for six months . Handling shipping for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please note that all purchases made during Flash Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other promotional sale periods are final. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No exceptions apply.
