Sale Policy

Dear Customer, 

Items might not all be perfect, since they are samples or similar. 

We therefore do not offer refund nor exchange on products of the Sample Sale. 

Shipping costs + customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return policy

Send an email to customercare@osereeswimwear.com specifying the problem / change / refund you want to proceed with. 

We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.

We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt but are glad to exchange any items or issue a voucher for store credit.

Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order

We will send you the new item on the arrival of your parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you.

If the price of the item is superior to your original order

We will create a voucher for the full amount payed initially that will be emailed to you and you will be able to use this voucher to buy the new item you would like.

Vouchers are valid for a full year.
